Little Climbers

See those pretty blue flowers crawling up the rocks and twisting around the raspberry bushes? They are Rock Clematis. They are pretty common this time of year in slightly shady areas on the sides of steep trails, like Fern Lake Trail above the falls. They aren’t much different from the clematis my Mom had growing up a trellis at home in Minnesota.
